- Minimum age of 18 or parental consent
- Responsibility for maintaining account and password security
- Immediate notification in case of account security breach
Customer Responsibilities
- Updating contact and personal information
- Timely payment of service fees
- Compliance with terms and conditions of use
Services and Service Level
Uptime Guarantee
- 99.9% uptime for shared services
- 99.95% uptime for dedicated servers
- Compensation in case of SLA non-compliance
Technical Support
- 24/7 support for technical issues
- Maximum 2 hour response time
- Support via ticket, phone and chat
Limitations and Prohibitions
Unauthorized Use
The following are prohibited and will result in service suspension or cancellation:
- Use for illegal activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited promotional emails
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Excessive server resource consumption
- Attacking other servers or networks
- Storing immoral or illegal content
Technical Limitations
- Maximum CPU consumption according to selected plan
- Monthly traffic limit
- Limited number of files and databases
- Maximum upload file size
Payment and Billing
Payment Conditions
- Prepayment for all services
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment options
- Service suspension in case of non-payment
- No refund after service activation
Price Changes
- 30-day notice before price change
- New price applies at renewal
- Right to cancel service before new price applies
Backup and Security
Backup Responsibility
- Free weekly backups
- Ultimate backup responsibility lies with customer
- Recommendation to take regular local backups
Security
- DDoS attack protection
- Advanced firewall
- 24/7 security monitoring
- Regular security updates
Cancellation and Suspension
Cancellation by Customer
- Can cancel at any time
- Service continues until end of paid period
- No refund for unused period
Suspension by Company
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Non-payment
- Suspicious or harmful activity
- Request from legal authorities
Liability Limitation
Donyaye Server Company is not responsible for the following:
- Loss of data or revenue
- Damages from service interruption
- Security breach by third parties
- Problems from customer misuse
Dispute Resolution
- Amicable resolution through dialogue
- Arbitration board in case of disagreement
- Laws of Islamic Republic of Iran govern the contract
- Jurisdiction of Tehran courts
Policy Changes
The company reserves the right to change these rules. Important changes will be notified 30 days before implementation.
